Based on suggestions received from the Loka Kerala Sabha, the digital platform Loka Keralam Online was developed. Through this platform, services such as online mental health care, Ayurvedic treatment, short-term courses from Kalamandalam, skill certification, and various government e-services will be available.

Designed by Kerala Digital University under the leadership of Norka Roots, the platform includes special mechanisms to ensure strict privacy and data security. The Loka Keralam Online mobile app is available for download on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Launched with the support of modern technology, Loka Keralam Online aims to facilitate discussion and provide services to Malayalis around the world. It marks a significant step in the state’s expatriate welfare policy. By ensuring transparency in governance and improving service accessibility, the platform is expected to bring a meaningful improvement in the lives of expatriates and further strengthen Kerala’s connection with the global Malayali community.
